As mentioned here, the "2015 Medicare and You" booklet is in the mail and based on a quick read no new news is good news (except for the -- so far -- indication of much higher monthly premiums on Medicare Part C and Part D plans).
Unlike with Medicare Parts C and D, you don't have any decisions to make when it comes to the changes to Original Medicare Parts A and B. They will be what they will be. But you will be affected by these changes.
Just as an example, the Medicare bureaucracy says the approximately 4000 outpatient sites in the U.S. will get about 2% higher payments from the Part B Medicare trust fund in 2015 than they are estimated to get this year and that hospitals and home health care companies will actually get less in 2015 than in 2014. These lower rates translate into higher costs for everyone else not on Medicare. Which eventually circles around and results in higher Medigap premiums. And the circle of life goess round and round
