As illustrated in Medicare and You (see image above), Medicare Advantage is Part C of Medicare.
Medicare Advantage is Part of Medicare. With Medicare Advantage a beneficiary not only gets all the benefits of Original Democratic Party/LBJ/mid-20th-century Medicare but typically the person also gets benefits more like a real 21st-century insurance policy as well.
