I guess I should not be shocked this morning July 17 that no media outlet that I can see is covering the three crazy and apparently incorrect statements made by Vice President Joseph Biden July 16 at an Obama re-election campaign event:
- Biden said Congressman Paul Ryan would throw 19,000,000 people off the Medicare rolls. It wasn't a slip of the tongue because he repeated it twice. See 16/17-minute mark of video replay.
- Biden mixed up Medicare and Medicaid. It wasn't a slip of the tongue because he said he wanted to "digress" from the script to make the point. See 15/16-minute mark.
- Biden as much as said his mother didn't use Medicare Part D. I really don't know completely what this was about because this never-ending Biden family story, like the rest of the speech, was an incoherent ramble, pretty scary to hear from a guy a heart beat away from the presidency. See end.

P.S. If I was a Republican, I'd also be concerned that Romney and Ryan aren't all over this Biden crazy talk.
