The International Committee of the Fourth International (ICFI), the organization founded by Russian Leon Trotsky after he was deported by Josef Stalin but before he was assasinated by Stalin, says RomneyCare 2.0 means rationing.
The article is boringly long (which many say about my blog posts) and to be honest, after reading it three times, I can't tell if the Trotskyites think RomneyCare 2.0's rationing approach is a good thing or a bad thing. I am pretty sure they understand the point that I have been making for a year:
All RomneyCare did was take the free care pool money away from the inner city charity hospitals and give it to politically connected insurance companies.
After that, their message gets muddled.
Trotsky could not have been all bad given that he opposed Stalin.
